7 Days Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must start before opening the package.
The video must clearly show the package condition, label, and product inside.
Without an unboxing video, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
Damaged product
Defective product
Wrong product received
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Return Pickup Responsibility
The customer is responsible for arranging the return pickup.
Customers must send the product back to our return address using a reliable courier service.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method or provided bank details.


❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Return or exchange will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video available

  • Request made after 7 days of delivery

  • Product used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Super Furnishing reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after verifying the product condition and unboxing video proof.


❌ No Return or Exchange on Customized Orders

Customized products are made specifically as per customer requirements.
Therefore:

  • No return

  • No exchange

  • No refund

is applicable on customized orders under any circumstances, except in case of manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear images or an unboxing video must be shared for verification

Failure to report within the stated time may result in rejection of the request.


🚚 Return & Exchange Process

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Pickup will be arranged after approval of the request

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Super Furnishing reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Delay in raising return request beyond the allowed period
