Customized Products:
Orders are processed and shipped within 15 working days, as these products are made to order based on customer specifications.
Processing time does not include Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

Weather conditions, natural calamities, or logistical issues
Super Furnishing shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
Any additional charges levied by courier partners due to remote locations or re-delivery attempts may be borne by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Customers are advised to track their shipments regularly.
5. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
Courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver the order.

If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Any additional shipping or re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer.
