4. Do you deliver products?

Yes, we provide delivery services. You can either order in-store or via our upcoming Shopify website, and we’ll have your items delivered safely to your doorstep.


5. How can I place an order online?

You’ll soon be able to shop from our website easily. Just browse products, select your items, choose your preferred size/design, and checkout. For now, you can reach us on WhatsApp or call us to place orders manually.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For online orders, secure payment gateways will be available on our website.


7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and whether the item is ready-made or custom.

  • Ready-made products: 3–5 working days

  • Customized orders: 7–10 working days
    We’ll always keep you updated on your order status.


8. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns or exchanges are possible if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note: customized items are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing issue.
